Welcome to Kindercafé Kreuzzwerg, the ultimate family-friendly café located in the heart of Berlin at Hornstraße 23, 10963. This charming little gem is specifically designed for families, where parents can unwind with their favorite coffee while their little ones engage in a world of fun and creativity.

Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by a cool, airy atmosphere that provides a refreshing escape from the summer heat—perfect for those sweltering 32°C days. The spacious layout features various playrooms filled with a delightful assortment of toys and activities, ensuring that children of all ages are entertained for hours. As customer Mirmesud ABBASOV beautifully puts it, it's a place where children can play freely while parents can enjoy some much-deserved relaxation, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff.

Let’s not forget about the café’s menu, which receives rave reviews from visitors like Katherine Forrest, who highlights the great offerings specially designed for kids. You can expect a delightful selection of healthy and delicious options for both children and adults—think organic, fresh ingredients that cater to every taste. Customer Catarina A.S. Pacheco calls it the “BEST place for children in BERLIN,” praising the nutritious and tasty selections, proving that a family café can absolutely prioritize health without sacrificing flavor.

One standout feature is the newly renovated interior, which D Yen notes is clean and bright, complete with a fantastic ball pit that adds an extra layer of excitement for the kids. Family brunches are a particular highlight, where customers can indulge in a variety of options that, according to Martha Boxley, justify the price with quality offerings and outstanding service—hats off to the staff who manage to navigate a bustling play area while serving delicious drinks and snacks.

While navigating peak hours can sometimes get a bit chaotic, as Natalie mentions, this cafe makes up for it with an atmosphere that feels warm and inviting. However, do keep in mind that no buggies are allowed inside, so planning ahead is key for a smooth experience.

Overall, Kindercafé Kreuzzwerg provides a magical, engaging oasis for kids and parents alike. Whether you're planning a quick coffee break or a leisurely family brunch, this café promises to be a beloved destination for joyful moments and delightful treats. We went there with my child upon a friend’s recommendation, and we really liked it. The play area for kids is spacious. It was 32°C outside, so stepping into the café was a real relief — the inside was cool and airy. The staff were also very friendly. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated Kindercafé. It is clean, bright and has a variety of toys. Everything looks great! Prices are fair and considering all the facilities, I highly recommend it. We had a good time with a friend of mine and her baby. Service was quick and friendly!

I’ve visited many Kindercafés, and this one stands out for its spacious layout and variety of playrooms. There’s plenty of space for kids to explore, and the different play areas keep them engaged for a long time. I’ve been here twice with my child, and we both had a great time. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for parents to relax while kids play. The café offers a good selection of food and drinks. I’d definitely love to come back again!

The BEST place for children in BERLIN! With the best food - freshest, healthiest and most natural, organic and tasty for EVERYONE! Adults and children. Not to mention their five-star service! I wish I was a kid so I could go to this place every day instead of going to work!

Amazing place! There should be more cafes like this. My son had the best time and I enjoyed delicious drinks and food. On Sundays they have a huge brunch offering. It’s not cheap but for what you get it’s worth paying a bit more than the usual. I have a lot of respect for the staff too who manage to dodge tiny people while carrying hot drinks and plates. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews here, would you expect staff to constantly smile while working in such a loud and busy environment? They do very well. I will happily come back

Food is fairly basic but good enough for snacks whilst visiting ( don't expect a hearty meal by any means ) good place for the kids, only one staff member on hand for food and service so can get bit chaotic at peak times, but would definitely come back again, only main critique is that more sofas / comfortable seating would make this place ideal. Note that no buggys inside so plan ahead if having a small one :)
